Immediate need for Site Controller

Duration: 10 months or longer

Location:     Harrisburg               

Contract Rate:   upt to$35/hr       

Start Date:   10.26.09            

GENERALFUNCTION:

 A home healthcare company located in New Jersey is looking for a site controller in the Harrisburg area to manage all aspects of accounting within their Harrisburg subsidiary.  This person will perform the following duties:

·         Manage monthly closing process

·         Identify process improvement opportunities

·         Manage accounts receivable process and identify exposure on the balance sheet

·         Oversee billing and collections in order to improve process

·         Other Ad-Hoc projects as necessary

This position will report directly to the CFO.

REQUIREMENTS:

 The ideal candidate should have the following background:

·         7+ years experience at the controller/accounting manager level

·         3+ years of healthcare experience

·         Hands on experience, with the ability to get into the details

·         Management of AR/collections

·         Strong communication skills

·         Ability to implement processes in a fast-paced environment
