Human Resource Manager in Southern New Jersey

Solid, established and growing company in Southern New Jersey is looking for a Human Resource Manager to support the Plant Manager.  This position reports to the VP of HR.  This is a hands on position that provides analysis and recommendations in areas of talent acquisition and management, performance management, organizational structure, and change management.  Develops strong relationships with union representatives and committees.  Leads and manages all human resource activity which includes managing a small staff.

• Training experience
• Negotiation skills
• HRIS
• Local and federal employment Laws and regulations
• Manufacturing background a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, business or related field
• PHR or SPHR certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills

Salary:  Range according to experience $68-82K with bonus potential
