GENERALFUNCTION:
Assist the
treasury function in the following functions:

Researching
and analyzing financing alternatives
·
Reviewing
documents including loan agreements and letters of credit, providing input to
senior management
·
Determine
companies ability to meet terms of contractual arraingements
·
Monitoring
compliance with aggreements and covenants
·
Tracking
cash flow
·
Maintaining
records
·
Other
duties reated to treasury function
REQUIREMENTS:

Strong
accounting background a must
·
Excellent
communication skills
·
Strong
Excel Skills
