Mark Gibson
It's not about what you can't do, it's about
what you can't do... YET!

As the consultant to over 800 facilities in the
US Mark established himself as an expert at
helping organizations tap into the full talent
of their teams. Mark draws on his more than
twenty-five years as a gymnastics instructor
teaching kids how to do things they can’t do
yet. His job is to take a seemingly impossible
challenge (say, a back flip on a four inch wide
balance beam) and break it down into achievable
steps. Along the way he instills the tenacious
drive needed to deal with the unavoidable fears,
frustrations and failures they encounter as they
push the boundaries of their talent.
